ABOUT THE COMPANY – ARTISAN TRAINING INSTITUTE
Artisan Training Institute ATI Bursaries South Africa | Artisan Training Institute (ATI), established in 1982, is the technical skills training provider within the province of Gauteng – Regional Centre of Expertise, that is officially recognized by the United Nations University.
ATI believes that conducting business is possible, while making the world a better place for all through engineering. The organisation is committed to better training, better skills and better preparation for life both in the workplace and at home.
ABOUT THE ARTISAN TRAINING INSTITUTE BURSARY Programs
The Artisan Training Institute is inviting students to apply for their bursary programmes, for the 2023 academic year.. There are 2 bursaries currently available:
1) Artisan (Engineering Trade Knowledge Component Course 1) Bursary
- Duration: 6 months
- Starting date: 1 November 2021
- Location: Remote
- Coverage value: R5 000 per bursary (7 bursaries available)
2) NATED subjects Bursary
- Duration: 6 months
- Starting date: 3 January 2023
- Location: Remote
- Coverage value: R10 000 per bursary (2 bursaries available)

The courses will require students to complete online assignments, 2 written tests and a written examination.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ATI BURSARY
Applicants must satisfy the following minimum entry criteria before applying (please note that failure to satisfy all the requirements will lead to your application not being considered):
- You must have completed an N3 or equivalent qualification or you must have completed Matric with Mathematics as a subject (to enroll in N4 studies)
- You must be interested in pursuing a career within the Engineering field

HOW TO APPLY FOR ATI BURSARIES
Applications must be submitted online for the:
Artisan Engineering Trade Knowledge Component Course 1 Bursary Application
NATED subjects Bursary Application
Applicants are required to fill in the registration form (with a username, email address and password) and thereafter, complete their application on WhatsApp.
Submit clear copies of the following supporting documentation along with your application (the submission of these documents is compulsory – if any items are missing, your application may be disqualified):
