Learnerships Requirements
Civil engineering Learnerships mainly focus on unemployed South Africans who have just graduated and who would like to gain hands-on knowledge of their chosen career paths. Candidates who are between 18 and 25 may apply.
Most candidates will also be required to have the following:
- Matric / N3 or N4 Technical course / Trade-tested Artisan

- Bilingual
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Flexibility and commitment to learning, but moreover to work
